Your public profile is the page runners land on when they tap your name on a gallery. A complete profile builds trust and makes buyers comfortable paying you.
Open Profile from your dashboard.
What to fill in
- Profile photo: a clear headshot or your studio logo.
- Bio: a line or two on who you are and what you shoot. Keep it warm and plain. Up to 300 characters.
- State: pick where you are based. Helps runners find local photographers.
- Contact links: WhatsApp, Instagram, and a website if you have one. These give buyers a way to reach you.
Note
Your business name and public URL are set when your profile is created and cannot be changed here. Contact support if you need to change them.
Seeing it the way buyers do
A Public profile tile sits on your dashboard from the moment you become a photographer. It opens your page exactly as a runner sees it: your photo, bio, stats, contact links, and recent shots. Only your published galleries on approved events show up there, so drafts and pending events stay hidden.
Note
Your profile is public, so only put contact details you are happy for buyers to use. You can edit your photo, bio, state, and links anytime.
Next: add your payout details.
