Terms of Service

The service

Fotto operates a marketplace connecting event photographers and event participants. Photographers upload photos, set their own prices, and are the sellers of their photos. We provide the platform, search, and delivery.

Accounts

Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Photographers

• You must own or hold the rights to every photo you upload.
• You set your prices and grant buyers the license below on sale.
• You must comply with takedown decisions for photos of people who object.

Buyers

Purchased photos come with a personal-use license: you may keep, print, and share them personally and on social media. Commercial use requires the photographer's separate permission. Watermarked previews may not be reproduced or resold.

Takedowns

If you appear in a photo and want it removed, contact support@fotto.my. Removed photos stop being sold and downloadable; see the Refund Policy for purchases affected by a takedown.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
