The gallery manage screen is where you get your photos in front of buyers and keep an eye on them.
Publishing
A gallery is private until you publish it. Once published, it appears on the event page and runners can find and buy your photos. You can Unpublish anytime to take it back down.
Publishing needs at least one ready photo; the button refuses on an empty or still-processing gallery. You do not have to wait for everything, though: photos that finish processing after you publish appear on the public gallery as they become ready.
Note
Only the gallery owner can publish, unpublish, or archive. Studio team members (shooters and managers) can upload into the gallery, but cannot change its public status.
One rare edge case: a published gallery is only visible to runners while its event is approved. If an event is rejected or merged away, the gallery stays published on your side but is hidden from buyers, and the manage screen tells you why.
Tracking your photos
Four tiles show the state of the gallery at a glance:
- Ready: processed and live for buyers.
- Processing: still being watermarked and indexed.
- Uploaded: received, waiting to process.
- Failed: could not be processed. Use Retry all failed. No need to re-upload.
You can add more photos to a published gallery anytime from the same screen.
Pricing on this screen
Beyond the default price you set at creation, the manage screen gives you:
- Per-photo prices: override the default on individual photos, or clear the override to fall back.
- Foto-Flat: a minimum number of photos plus one flat RM price. Once a buyer picks at least that many of your photos, they get them all at the flat price. You must set both fields (minimum 2 photos), or clear both.
- Photo packages: up to 5 tiers, for example 3 photos for RM30, 5 for RM45. The package covers the most expensive photos in the buyer's selection; extra photos are charged per photo.

Description and sharing
You can add a gallery description (up to 500 characters), handy for telling runners which spots you covered. The Share button on a published gallery gives you the public link, a clean URL you can post anywhere.
Archiving
Archive hides the gallery from the public event page and frees up its active-event slot, useful on the Free plan's 1-event cap. Archiving is reversible: select Unarchive to bring it back and upload or publish again.
Shooter assignments
If you run a Studio team, an Assignments card lists your members. Assigned shooters can upload into this gallery; unassigned ones cannot see it.
