When do I actually get paid?

Sales appear on your dashboard the moment a buyer pays. Request a payout any time once you have RM50 owed; we transfer to your Malaysian bank account or DuitNow.

Who owns the photos?

You do, always. Fotto hosts, watermarks, and sells on your behalf — you can archive a gallery or leave whenever you want.

Is the Free plan enough to start?

It fits a small shoot: one active event and 5 GB of storage. A full fun run (about 2,000 photos) needs roughly 9 GB, so working photographers usually start on Starter.

How long do you keep my originals?

For as long as the gallery is active. Originals of photos that never sell may be archived after 12 months — previews and sold photos are unaffected.
