Before your first sale, add the account you want to be paid into. Without it, your earnings still build up, but you cannot request a payout until the details are in.
Open Payout details from your dashboard.
What you need
- Your bank name. Pick it from the list, or choose Other and type it in.
- Your account number: 6 to 20 digits, no spaces or dashes.
- The account holder name, exactly as it appears on the account.
- A DuitNow ID if you have one. This is optional, the bank details above are what we need.
We use these to transfer what you are owed. Payments are manual, sent within a few days of a payout request.
Note
Make sure the account name matches your own or your business. A mismatch can hold up a transfer.
What happens next
Once your details are saved, the Payouts screen lets you request a payout as soon as you are owed RM50 or more. Select Request payout, then confirm, and we transfer the money to you.
