Digital photo purchases are final

Because photos are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the cases below.

When we do refund

  • You were charged but your photos were never delivered (no working download).
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • A photo you purchased was later removed following a takedown request.

How to request

Email support@fotto.my with your order ID (in your receipt email) within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method; your bank or e-wallet may take several working days to post it.
