How do I find my photos?
Start with your event. Search by selfie or bib number, or browse the gallery. Selfie search finds likely matches, so check the previews before choosing your photos.
Do I need an account to search?
No account is needed to search and browse event photos. Choose the images you love, then follow the checkout steps to buy them.
What happens to my selfie?
Selfie search is optional. The search selfie is deleted after processing. Face signatures and match confirmations are kept for up to 90 days under our privacy policy.
What do I get when I buy a photo?
After payment is confirmed, download the photographer’s full-resolution original without the Fotto preview watermark, with a personal-use license. Save a copy: access can change if a photo is removed. Commercial use needs the photographer’s permission.
Can I sell my event photos here?
Yes. Create a photographer account, upload your photos and set your prices. Visit For photographers for the current plans, fees and payout details.
Can I get a refund?
Digital sales are final, with exceptions for duplicate charges, no working download, or a purchased photo removed after a takedown. Contact support with your order ID within 30 days of the charge.
